1 Presentation from Barry Nealon and Sally re the planning permission granted for Care Home last week. Update on the day Centre which had started to be built.
The care home would be 60 beds 25% local. With a slow build up.
The day centre would have a community café.
Magdela House would be moving up should open 1/10/19
